Over the course of my management career I have developed an expertise in culinary & beverage operations, banquets, nightlife, staff/management training and development, marketing, client base development and retention in luxury & lifestyle settings, and daily operations in union & non union environments. I have strong skills in strategic business planning and have a consistent record of increasing sales, revenue, and guest service including property openings and execution. This includes fifteen years of budget planning and forecasting. Graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and an emphasis in Sales & Marketing.
