Natalie Lichtman

Bartender at Elixir Saloon, San Francisco

Natalie Lichtman is an artist, entrepreneur, and bartender. She came to San Francisco to study philosophy, but ended up falling in love with cocktails, spirits and how we drink them. She garnered her spirits knowledge at Elixir and other beloved institutions Hideout at Dalva, and Tosca Cafe. She managed the bar at Nico, a modern one-Michelin-starred French restaurant, and upheld a high end culinary focused cocktail program. With a longtime friend, she opened Traveler, a cocktail program that showcased techniques and ingredients from around the world before its closure due to Covid. She is currently the Bar Lead at Pabu, a Japanese Izakaya by Chef Michael Mina.
