Prior to joining The Bears, I honed my craft over the years behind the bar at Spruce. Working alongside the beverage professionals behind Bacchus Management Group maintaining Michelin Stars and Grand Awards has deepened my love for quality wine and spirits.
I am now the Lead Bartender of Lazy Bear in San Francisco, where I get to play with hyper seasonal produce foraged all around the Bay Area. Having access to such products and a plethora of fun and rare spirits has channeled a newfound appreciation of the creative process and craft.
