My love for spirits started when I became the bar/shift manager at B Star Bar. Working with suppliers and crafting the beverage list there gave me a newfound appreciation for the industry. As time went on I met several industry professionals that led me to work for Bacchus Management Group. I have been a bartender at Spruce for the past five years, working closely with the Beverage and Wine team. Working with such an extensive list of wine and spirits has awarded me with knowledge and experience that I am truly grateful for.
