Thomas' love for wine and spirits stems from a childhood desire to obsessively know everything about a given subject. Having worked just about every front of house position in Chicago by the time he was 19. Thomas moved to San Francisco in 2016 to explore the world of wine and had his mind blown by the diversity ofculture in California. Mentally stimulating, physically intoxicating, and spiritually gratifying, the world of wine and spirits has become a career, hobby, and a church to Thomas.
