Bittermilk Bottling Company is a craft beverage producer focused on manufacturing non-alcoholic spirits, mixers and syrups. We produce four of our own brands including Bittermilk, Tippleman's, Barcoop Bevy and Drinkmanship as well as private label a handful of other products for like-minded companies. 

Bittermilk is a line of hand-crafted cocktail mixers made by bartenders. More than bitters, Bittermilk mixers use a unique bittering agent, a natural sweetener, and an acidity to achieve a balanced craft cocktail, easy enough for anyone to use. We utilize complex flavor-creating processes with real, raw ingredients. Each mixer is crafted after a classic cocktail with a bit of a twist. We craft these non-alcoholic mixers as one would vermouth or aperitif, layering flavors with techniques used in spirit making. 

The labor is in the bottle, just add booze. Or not...Bittermilk makes a great alternative to cocktails when mixed with soda water.
