Tumbleroot was established in 2018. With a combined brewery and distillery production space, we make a wide variety of beer, spirits, liqueurs, bitters and canned cocktails. Made from-scratch, our products feature organic, garden grown and wild harvested ingredients from our home in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Jason and Angela Kirkman are the husband-and-wife duo behind Tumbleroot. Before founding Tumbleroot, the couple studied culinary traditions around the world and Jason worked in several breweries/distilleries. Angela is an avid gardener—cultivating many ingredients used in Jason’s recipes—as well as the artist behind the ceramic serviceware featured at Tumbleroot Pottery Pub.
