Our cognacs develop aromas as they age. The notes of pear, banana or even blackberry in white brandy quickly receive after distillation the first aromas of the oak wood from our barrels. From this marriage, floral notes are discovered in young cognacs and then develop into fruity notes (peaches, plums, apricots, walnuts and hazelnuts).
