Established in Lyon in 1997, the independent brewery and distillery Ninkasi is known as one of the pioneers of France’s craft revolution. 

 It’s in this stimulating environment that master distiller Alban Perret visualized Ninalys Whisky, unique single malts that unite the goddess Ninkasi with the elegance of lily flowers (fleur de lys). Alban Perret took fifteen years to create Ninalys. Blending together a unique combination of brewing, distillation and aging, all in the French way, he has produced one of French whiskies’ most distinctive concentrates : Ninalys Whisky aged for 3 years in wine barrels.
