Spirits USA was formed back in 2007 by Founder and Managing Partner, Michael Gerard who along with Kenny May founder of Clyde May's Whiskey and Jonny Allen who has worked in the Food and Beverage Industry as a mechanical production expert for over 40+ years, came up with the idea of a new and innovative way to finish spirits without compromising the taste nor the tradition of distilling.
