About Copalli:

All-Natural Ingredients: Copalli Rum is meticulously crafted in the lush rainforest of southern Belize. Organic sugarcane is grown and harvested in the rich Belizean soil of Copal Tree Farm. At the adjacent Copal Tree Distillery, local artisans combine the freshly-pressed sugarcane with rainwater and non-GMO yeast.

Doing Good Tastes Delicious: Founded with the ambition to help protect the rainforest and support the people of southern Belize, Copalli Rum embodies a commitment to sustainability and community. Our ecosystem is built on offering the people of southern Belize rewarding and meaningful employment, honoring them, the environment, and its unique biodiversity.

Sustainable Practices: Designed to be zero-waste, every step of the process–from agriculture and processing, to distillation, production, aging, bottling, and packaging–takes place in southern Belize. Copal Tree Distillery was designed as a closed-loop system, and biomass derived from spent sugarcane helps power the boiler. Organic waste products are recycled on the premises into all-natural fertilizer for the cane fields.
